Mimamsa Wellness Resort’s core credo is to provide natural food, yoga, meditation, pranayamas, naturopathy-based meals, and living in nature as remedies to people’s mental and physical health. About Location

Mimamsa is located in the Nagarkurnool district of Hyderabad, AKA Telangana. Each of us has a unique Vata, Pitta, and Kapha combination. However, there are duo and tri-doshic kinds, such as Vata/Pitta and Vata/Pitta/Kapha.”

To help you make the most of your vacation and your time, we deliver laundry to your door. Villas and cottage rooms are cleaned every day, with the exception of the kitchens. The linen and towels are replaced several times a week.

Our special laundry-on-demand service can be used by you. The laundry can be ordered at any time of day, and it will be delivered within 24 hours or less, with the highest quality washing and eco-friendly care. There is also in-unit laundry, which will save you time and effort. The washing machine and dryer are only a few steps away. It will spare you the effort of carrying a huge laundry basket through your room to the community laundry facility.

Organic Cultivation

Within the resort, Mimamsa grows its own organic veggies and fruits. Fresh fruits and vegetables are picked directly from the plants and delivered to the kitchen. In our kitchen, we never use refrigerators. All of our programme participants receive organic, fresh meals. At Mimamsa, we ensure that organic vegetables and fruits are produced in a sustainable manner to meet the demands of all guests. Mimamsa’s organic vegetable/fruit production generally eliminates the use of modern farming practices, including synthetic pesticides and fertilizers.

Crop rotations, crop residues, animal manures, legumes, green manures, off-farm organic wastes, and biological pest management are all used to the utmost extent possible. These elements help to maintain soil productivity and tilth, provide plant nutrients, and keep insects, weeds, and other pests at bay. For the cultivation of vegetables and fruits, Mimamsa considers site selection, crop selection, and site preparation. To acquire a greater and healthier yield for our resort kitchen, Mimamsa personnel pay close attention to the finer nuances of all aspects of agriculture.

Fruit and Vegetable Farming

In its broadest sense, the term vegetable refers to any type of plant life or plant product; in its narrower connotation, it refers to the fresh, edible component of a herbaceous plant consumed raw or cooked.

A root, like rutabaga, beet, carrot, and sweet potato; a tuber or storage stem, like potato and taro; a stem, like asparagus and kohlrabi; a bud, like brussels sprouts; a bulb, like onion and garlic; a petiole or leafstalk, like celery and rhubarb; a leaf, like cabbage, lettuce, parsley, spinach, and chive; a seed, such as pea and lima bean; an immature fruit, such as eggplant, cucumber, and sweet corn (maize); or a full fruit, such as tomato and pepper. It’s tough to maintain the popular difference between vegetable and fruit.
Plants or plant parts that are commonly consumed with the main course of a meal are commonly referred to as vegetables, whereas those that are mostly consumed as sweets are referred to as fruits.
