Mindfulness
Mindfulness is being aware of what is happening in and around you, and attending to that. It means being fully present, aware of what you are, where you are, and what you are doing, and not being overwhelmed by circumstances or by events occurring around you. It helps you focus on yourself, watch your behavior at all times, and not to react or overreact, but learn to conserve your energy for productive things.

Breathwork
Any type of breathing exercises/techniques is known as breathwork. Breathwork is done to promote physical, mental and spiritual wellbeing. The teacher will help you to intentionally change the breathing pattern. Breathwork therapy involves breathing in a systematic and conscious way.
Breathwork boosts immunity, processes emotions, heals mental trauma, develops life skills, increases confidence and self-esteem and increases your happiness quotient. It also helps to release your negative thoughts which may have been the blockage in the path of personal and professional success. Anxiety, depression, anger issues, grief and PTSD can be resolved with breathwork.
Tai Chi
Tai Chi or Tai Chi Chuan is a Chinese tradition practiced as an exercise form worldwide. Its movements are gentle, fluid, and graceful with one movement merging into another. The movements are performed in a slow and focused manner, with deep breathing. There is no pause between the postures ensuring that the body moves constantly.
Tai Chi has myriad styles and each style emphasizes different tai chi methods and principles. Some variations focus on maintaining health, and other styles focus on martial arts. As this exercise form is low impact, it is suitable for older adults. You may like it as it is inexpensive, can be done outdoors or indoors. You can do it alone or in a group.
Qi Gong
Qi Gong is the exercise which involves body movement, breathing, and meditation. It is used for health, martial arts training and meditation. It is a practice in which the body’s life energy (qi, pronounced “chi”) is balanced. Qi Gong is practiced for exercise, recreation, preventive medicine, self-cultivation, alternative medicine, self-healing, and more. Dynamic practice, Static practice, Meditative practice, and herbs, physical manipulation, massage, ingestion of herbs, interaction of living beings are different parts of Qi Gong.
